Booking & Appointments

How do I book an appointment?

You can book online 24/7 via our Square Appointments booking page, just click the Book Now button. You can also call us on 0455 492 337 during business hours.

What are your opening hours?

We are open Monday to Saturday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. We are closed Sunday.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 2-3 weeks in advance, especially during peak periods. Regular clients can book further ahead — up to a year in advance.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the spot to another dog. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Do you accept walk-ins?

We work by appointment only. Book online or give us a call to secure a spot.

Pricing & Services

Do you groom all breeds?

Yes, all breeds welcome. Whether you have a Cavoodle, Golden Retriever, Maltese, Poodle, Schnauzer, Border Collie, or anything else, we've got you covered.

Why does the price vary?

Our prices are starting rates. The final price depends on your dog's breed, size, coat length, and coat condition. Dogs with matted or heavily knotted coats may require additional dematting time. We always confirm the price before we begin. No surprises.

What does a Full Style include?

A Full Style includes a bath with premium shampoo and conditioner, full blow dry, breed-specific scissor or clipper cut, nail trim, ear clean, and a finishing fragrance. We never cage-dry.

Do you offer puppy grooms?

Yes. Our Puppy Intro Groom is a calm, unhurried introduction to the salon for puppies under 5 months. We focus on making it a positive experience before any clippers come out, setting them up for a lifetime of stress-free grooming.

At the Salon

Can I stay with my dog during the groom?

We find most dogs actually relax more when their owner isn't present. They settle in much faster without Mum or Dad nearby. We'll call or text you when your dog is ready for pickup. You're always welcome to check in by phone.

What if my dog is anxious or reactive?

Our team have good experience with anxious and reactive dogs. Our team takes a calm, unhurried approach tailored to each dog's temperament. If your dog has anxiety or has had difficult grooming experiences before, please let us know when you book so we can allow extra time and plan accordingly. If at any point during the groom your dog becomes distressed or it is unsafe to continue, we will stop the groom and contact you.

How long does the groom take?

It varies by service and your dog's size and coat. As a guide: a Full Style takes around 2 hours 15 minutes, a Full Groom around 1 hour 30 minutes, and a Bath + Blow-dry from 20 minutes. You will be given an estimated duration for the service you select when you book. Please make sure you're reachable by phone.

Where are you located?

We are at 4/1 Jewel Way, Banksia Grove WA 6031. There is parking available on site.

Should I brush my dog before the appointment?

It helps but it is not required. If your dog has matts or heavy knots, a light brush beforehand is always appreciated, but do not force it if your dog is uncooperative. Just let us know at booking so we can allow extra time and discuss any dematting charges.

What if my dog has matts?

We can handle matted coats, but severe matting may require a shorter clip to avoid causing your dog discomfort. We'll always discuss the options with you before we start, and we'll never charge extra without telling you first.

Can I request a specific style or bring reference photos?

Absolutely. You're welcome to describe how you'd like your dog groomed, bring photos, or reference a previous style. The more detail you give us, the better. We'll also give you our honest advice on what works best for your dog's coat type.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard, and EFTPOS), Afterpay, and cash. Payment is taken at the end of your appointment.
