Booking Essentials

Making a Booking

You can book online 24/7 via our Square Appointments booking page, or call us on 0455 492 337 during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:00am to 5:00pm).

All bookings are confirmed by us. We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask for at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another dog on our waiting list.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee. Repeated late cancellations may result in prepayment being required for future bookings.

No-Shows

Failure to attend a confirmed appointment without notice will be treated as a late cancellation and may incur a fee. Two or more no-shows may result in pre-payment being required to secure future bookings.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and a late fee may apply.

Pickup

Please collect your dog within an hour of our call. For last-appointment bookings, the salon closes at 5:00pm. Dogs not collected by 5:15pm will incur a late collection fee of $1 per minute.

Pricing

All prices on our website are starting rates. The final price is confirmed with you before we begin the groom. Factors that affect the final price include your dog's breed, size, coat length, coat condition, and behaviour during the groom.

We will never charge more than the confirmed price without your agreement.

Health & Safety

Please advise us at the time of booking if your dog has any health conditions, skin conditions, injuries, behavioural issues, or has had a difficult grooming experience in the past. The more we know, the better we can prepare.

We reserve the right to stop a groom at any time if we believe continuing would cause distress or harm to your dog.

In the event your dog requires emergency veterinary care while in our care, we will contact you immediately.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion, including where a dog displays aggression that puts our staff at risk.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard, and EFTPOS), Afterpay, and cash.
